Refund policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, including mushroom extract tinctures and consumable goods, we maintain strict quality and safety standards. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Returns & Eligibility

All consumable products (including tinctures and spices) are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used consumable products for health, safety, and contamination reasons. Unopened items may be eligible for return only if approved in advance and must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

We accept returns on apparel items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

Subscription products can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for already processed subscription charges.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
